Shipping and Returns

 

How much is shipping?

United States Domestic Orders- We will process orders within 1 business day. Standard USPS shipping is 3 to 4 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee and we use USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business day delivery. Tracking number will be immediately provided once shipped.

 

International Orders- Calculated at checkout. Shipping can take from 7 to 14 days depending on location and tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for import duties, taxes, customs, and other fees levied by the destination country. You will be considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

Loss or Damage During Shipment
Allow up to 3 extra business days for packages that show delivered. Please contact us if the product is damaged or package is lost in transit.

International shipments are not covered under our guarantee policy.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at @hello@protervis.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to cancel the order and stop it from getting processed by our fulfillment center - we process orders daily so that we can guarantee timely shipping. 

We cannot cancel an order once it has already been shipped. You would have to return the package to and can reference our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.

 

 

Returns and Refund  Policy

 

We reserve the right to change our refund policy at any time.  We offer refunds for all of our Products.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will gladly issue you a full refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To request a return, please email us at hello@protervis.com.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Refunds are for the product cost only and do not include the cost of your return shipping.

We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally except for Canada.
