- How often should I take Protervis Premium Hair Complex?
2. How many capsules are in each package?
Each package of Protervis Premium Hair Complex contains 120 capsules (30 day supply). See individual product label for details.
3. How soon will I start to see new hair growth?
We strongly recommend that Protervis Premium Hair Complex be used as directed for at least 6 months for maximum results. How fast hair grows differs from person to person. It can take 90 days (or more) to see the first new hairs. The hair growth cycle can last from 2-6 years that is why new hair can sometimes take longer to appear.
4. Will I grow hair anywhere else other than my scalp?
No, taking Protervis Premium Hair Complex will only affect the hair follicles of scalp hair, but you may notice a few other benefits after 3-6 months, like improved skin and nail health.
5. Can Protervis Premium Hair Complex grow hair on a shiny scalp?
No, a “shiny scalp” or a “bald head” means there are no hair follicles and hair can’t grow back. Protervis Premium Hair Complex will only work if there are viable hair follicles that have chances of regrowth.
6. What will happen if I stop taking Protervis Premium Hair Complex? Will my hair return to baseline?
If your hair loss is related to stress or hormonal changes, your results after 6 months will most likely remain over time, given that the lifestyle factors have also been improved or changed. However, if your hair loss is related to DHT, genetics or is chronic, the condition may return to baseline after the treatment has ended. Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping?
United States Domestic Orders- We will process orders within 1 business day. Standard USPS shipping is 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee and we use USPS Priority Mail second business day delivery. Tracking number will be immediately provided once shipped.
International Orders- Calculated at checkout. Shipping can take from 7 to 14 days depending on location and tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for import duties, taxes, customs, and other fees levied by the destination country. You will be considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Loss or Damage During Shipment
Allow up to 3 extra business days for packages that show delivered. Please contact us if the product is damaged or package is lost in transit.
International shipments are not covered under our guarantee policy.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at @hello@protervis.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to cancel the order and stop it from getting processed by our fulfillment center - we process orders daily so that we can guarantee timely shipping.
We cannot cancel an order once it has already been shipped. You will have to return the package and can reference our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.
Returns and Refund Policy
We reserve the right to change our refund policy at any time. We offer refunds for all of our Products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will gladly issue you a full refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To request a return, please email us at hello@protervis.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Refunds are for the product cost only and do not include the cost of your return shipping.
We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally except for Canada.
